Another route into the castle: some words are better learned by looking at a picture, rather than a dictionary definition. There is value to the dictionary definition, particularly in developing the essential skill of being able to discuss the target language in the target language. But certainly it helps to include some picture flash cards in the SRS--they're often more fun, more direct, and stick in your memory better.
