I often like reading the perspectives of computer programmers, like Khatz and this guy. This is very good to keep in mind. Learning, particularly in arts and crafts, comes from doing. If you want to get better, don't fret, don't theorize, just do. Rack up those hours. It's still very difficult for me to do this, as I've been stuck in analysis paralysis for so long. But I'm getting better.
