I like what Marías says: even writing a diary or something helps to clarify one's thoughts. I find that is true. A clear mind is always nice to experience, to live through. I like to live as transparently as possible, but of course that is not always possible. This is an aspect of maturity that I can begin to see--an acceptance of, but not a resignation to, the fact that it is not always easy to live transparently.
